This page grew out of an experiment with HTML5 canvas, prompted by the HTML5 Canvas Hack Night which Rob Hawkes ran. It was intended as nothing more than a plaything to get a bit of experience seeing what canvas could do, but it has ended up as a testbed for everything new and shiny, including canvas, audio, lots of transparency and general use of the new-and-shiny.
Music is chosen from a random selection of creative-commons licensed tracks, and helps provide the slightly trippy hypnotic vibe which comes when you watch for too long.
